Coconut aminos is made of the sap that comes from coconut flower blossoms. The sap is then fermented and blended with sea salt to create a seasoning sauce. Coconut aminos is most often used as a healthier alternative to soy sauce. Coconut aminos has 70% less sodium than regular soy sauce. One tablespoon of coconut aminos contains 300 mg of sodium, whereas one tablespoon of normal soy sauce contains 920 mg of sodium.

It also rich with vitamin B and C and amino acid that really good for your body.

Coconut aminos is perfect addition as a seasoning sauce to your salad or used as dipping sauce.
